
The veterinarian performs activities in the profession, within their specific fields of expertise in animal health and veterinary clinic, environmental sanitation and preventive veterinary medicine, public health and inspection technology and products of animal origin, animal husbandry, animal production and reproduction, and ecology and protecting the environment.
Veterinarians work in Veterinary Hospitals, Clinics, Agricultural Cooperatives, Veterinary Pharmacies, Bed Farming, Refrigerators, Higher Education, Food Industries, Laboratories, Public Agencies Federal, State and Municipal, Rural Enterprises, Brazilian Army, feed mills and Nutrients.

Form a generalist veterinarian, humane, able to understand and translate the needs of individuals, social groups and communities, with respect to activities in the profession, within their specific fields of expertise in animal health and veterinary clinic, environmental sanitation and preventive veterinary medicine, public health and inspection technology and animal products, animal husbandry, animal production and reproduction, and ecology and environment protection.
Have knowledge of social facts, cultural and political economy and government agriculture and agribusiness. Capacity of logical reasoning, observation, interpretation and analysis of data and information, and knowledge essential for Veterinary Medicine, for identifying and solving problems.
