The Course of Veterinary Medicine PUCPR aims to develop the three great pillars of the profession, namely: Medical and Surgical, Preventive Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production and Agribusiness. The course provides the development of skills essential for identification and problem solving, logical reasoning, observation, interpretation and analysis of data and information.
The Course of Veterinary Medicine Campus Toledo is geared to students' learning, with lectures and practical classes still at the hospital, laboratories and field. The faculty consists of 90% of masters and doctors.
The Veterinary Hospital PUCPR Campus Toledo is a complex with 4 main buildings with a building area of 2,560 m², divided into Small Animal Clinic, Large Animal Clinic, Block and Administrative Block of Support, in addition to these buildings are still part: kennel, service area, parking area and pastures.
The laboratory block has a built area of 2858.84 square meters with four floors comprising fifteen laboratories of basic and applied, a warehouse of chemical reagents, an administrative secretariat and sanitary facilities, the core surveillance controls the entry and exit of students in laboratories . The access is through the stairs and elevator.
